Shopping & Products

We provide a detailed size guide on our Shop page. To find your size: 1) Measure your foot in centimeters or inches, 2) Compare with our size chart, 3) If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. All shoes come with a free exchange if the size doesn't fit perfectly.

Yes! Our size guides vary slightly by shoe type. Running shoes typically fit slightly larger, while dress shoes fit more snug. Each product page includes specific sizing recommendations for that particular style.

STRIDE shoes are crafted from premium materials including sustainable leather, breathable mesh, eco-friendly textiles, and recycled sole materials. Each product page lists specific materials used. We're committed to using sustainable and ethically-sourced materials.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Overnight shipping is available for next-day delivery. Timeframes are calculated from order confirmation and may vary based on your location.

Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping times vary from 10-21 business days depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. You can see available shipping options during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. You'll see the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous US.

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to track your package in real-time with the carrier. You can also track orders in your account dashboard.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to change the delivery address. Contact us immediately at support@stride.com with your order number. Once your order ships, the address cannot be changed, but you may be able to redirect the package upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If your package is lost in transit, we'll file a claim with the carrier. In both cases, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Shoes must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is free for defective items; standard return shipping fees apply for sizing issues or unwanted items.

To start a return: 1) Log into your account and select the order, 2) Click "Return Item" and select reason, 3) Print the prepaid return label, 4) Pack the shoes securely with the return label, 5) Drop off at any carrier location. You'll receive a refund once we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Some banks may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the credit.

Yes! We offer free exchanges for sizing issues within 30 days of purchase. Choose the size you need during the return process, and we'll send you the correct size. There's no additional cost for exchanges.

Sale and clearance items are also returnable under the same 30-day policy as regular items. They are refunded at the sale price you paid, not the original full price. Returns and exchanges for sale items follow the same process.

Account & Ordering

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, manage returns, and view order history. Plus, account members receive exclusive offers and early access to new collections.

Click the "Sign Up" button in the navigation menu. Enter your email and create a password, then verify your email. You're all set! You can update your profile information, addresses, and preferences in your account dashboard anytime.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Click the link in your email and create a new password. You'll be able to log in with your new password immediately.

Yes, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, you won't be able to track your order from your account dashboard. We recommend signing up to enjoy order tracking, exclusive offers, and a faster checkout experience for future purchases.

If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to make changes. Contact us immediately at support@stride.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made, but you can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving it.

Payment & Security

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.

We use industry-leading SSL encryption and PCI compliance to protect your payment information. Your credit card data is never stored on our servers and is processed securely through our payment processor.
